A little guide to requests & pickup.

Submitting a request does not reserve an item or create a paid order. The business owner reviews your choices, confirms materials and availability, and provides a quote. Work begins after the details are agreed. Local pickup is the only fulfillment option. Pickup dates and locations are arranged privately after acceptance. Please do not include a personal address in your request. Handmade variations, changes, cancellations, and payment arrangements must be discussed with the business owner before acceptance.
